Our service is currently in launch/early-stage mode. We may change, suspend or discontinue any features at any time without prior notice.

Users acknowledge that the service may be imperfect, may change significantly, and that we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall in no event exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or, if none, a nominal amount such as SEK 500).

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Stockholm unless mandatory consumer-protection laws specify otherwise.
